are we sure that design is not just the LibDem Dalek, the red & blue being Tory & Labour.

I dont know what to make of the shape however, last time I saw a Dalek with a shape like that it was the specail weapons Dalek, but these ones seem not to have any specail weapons.

The grey Dalek maybe from the TV series, we have see glimpses of a grey Dalek in the promos.

Looks like a stylised Dalek than anything else.

The camogeared Daleks in Victory of the Dalek's look nothing like the image on the front page of the Radio Times. The only real difference (excluding the camo paint etc) between the Dalek's/Ironside's being used by Churchill and the Gold Dalek's from the remainder of NuWho are they are a tad chunkier around the middle - maybe they've eaten too many pies!

That's because they'd been keeping these ones secret until now.

People with a good track in Spoilers had been saying there were new-look multi-coloured Daleks in the story for a long time.

More modern in style. Daleks: The Next Generation. Looks rather cool - like the New Beetle.

They look like toys; unlike the RTD ones which looked like mobile weapons.

Character Options will certainly love them.

Either way, my moneys on the fact the Radio Times commissioned a stylised Dalek to go on the front age for the broadcast of Victory of the Daleks AND we're ramping up for a General Election here and for some reason or other, it's part of their election special and the words Spitting Image say's to me it's not what the Dalek's will actually look like in the episode!

The new Dalek is in the episode- look at the dome and the eye, we saw that in the trailer at Xmas.

Colour wise...

The new one is white. And I suspect there's only one, and that it'll be some kind of special variant, either Special Weapons, some kind of leader, etc - note that the neck section is clearly designed to fold down into a more tank-like form (a bit like Vincent in The Black Hole)

There *are* multicoloured NSDs in the episode - olive drab, gold/bronze, and 60s-style silver/blue. (again, we saw the latter in the trailer after Eleventh Hour)

So, again, I still think it's a special variant, and that while Character Options will get their Xmas bonus out of it, the regular NSDs will be around for a while...

On a side note, the Radio Times is really slumming it here- Vote Dalek is exactly the same cover slogan as for the episode Dalek in 2005 - and of course they're again blowing the big reveal as they did for DiM...

They look like they can come apart in the middle - there's an obvious seam around the black bit.

The midsections actually look very reminiscent of the original Dalek design from the first two serials.

Also the colors, as noted before, are very Cushingesque, but the new series does owe a bit of design influence from the Cushing films, such as some of the TARDIS interior design (and Bernard Cribbins sort of counts too).

Well, given that they must have money invested in more than a couple of old Dalek props you'd think that they'll continue to use them as well.

The only thing I'm not entirely sold on is the 'neck'. BTW the midsection does look a bit reminiscent of the Dark Dimension Dalek as well. Sort of a mix between that and the early Hartnell version.
