New live action "Turtles"?

Keep in mind, the first TMNT movie had product-placement pizza (Domino's) the second movie didn't use product-placement for the pizza and seemed to have the Turtles prefer to get non-chain New York restaurant pizza.

I hope they don't focus TOO much on Pizza. It became ridiculous on the second movie. I thought I was watching a Pizza commercial at times!

I literally have no hope for this movie. William Fichtner is playing "The Shredder" (or some version of.) So it's either going to be Shia LeBeouff, John Turturro or some racial caricature.

It's being directed by Jonathan Liebesman, not Michael Bay though. While it will have Bay's fingerprints all over it, I have my hopes that it will be much better than the recent Transformers movies.

At this point, pizza has become an important part of the whole Turtles franchise. Maybe too important.

They've reworked the script since then. The Turtles are no longer Aliens, their origin is closer to the comics now.

If I'm not mistaken, they're still going to be aliens they're just taking a more round-about way to get them there.

You are mistaken than. Because Bay has come out and said that the origin is now closer to the comics. They completely took out the alien aspect to it.

There was that quote saying that we’re making [the Ninja Turtles as] aliens. We’re not. It’s the ooze! It’s from the original source material. These are from the original writers, and I never went out to correct myself in the press. I do listen to the fans and I do want this to be authentic. I think they’re going to be really happy with this movie. When I see the digital stuff, the turtles look great.

We're getting a van!

I did like the subtle nod to the turtle van in the 90's movie with the volkswagen one.

This one does not hide what it is. A giant toy like something from Schumacher's batman series.
