New Indiana Jones Movie in works

I'm not particularly looking forward to another Indy film based on number IV. However, I am looking forward to another Williams score if this one gets made .

KOTCS had its weak points, and it's the weakest in the series, but it was still enjoyable overall. I'm up for another Indy outing, but I'd prefer it to be an Indy solo adventure with Mutt and Marion staying home this time. A film set mostly in the Far East and/or Southeast Asia would be the ticket.

I'll always go to see Indiana Jones in the theater. If it only starred "Mutt" that might be a different matter though

I thought KotCS was cool, and wouldn't mind another movie, although I do think you need to have at least 'Mutt' in it because I think we've already seen enough of Indy running around by himself, even if he IS still more than capable of doing so.

Crystal Skull I compare to Spider-Man 3. I like it, only because I felt I got my money's worth within the first act. But it's not really that good of a film. A fun one, though.

I'd like to see him in an arctic/polar adventure this time. We've already had lots of desert, Europe, dense jungle, etc. Have him find the real Atlantis at the South pole--there could have been a polar shift eons ago, and the globe rotated so that the lush continent of Atlantis became what we call the South Pole....unlimited possibilites here, advanced ancient technology, the lost heritage of humankind, etc....

Fantastic. Sure, Indy IV wasn't perfect, but it was still a fun film. If you kill an entire franchise after a single mediocre/poor film we would have lost out on some amazing sequels over the years.

I enjoyed Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as well and I would be up for another one with Mutt Williams, Shia in a primary role with Harrison as Indy supporting him with Karen Allen. Kind of like The Last Crusade.

I don't know if a Matt William's movie would really work. I really don't see anything that interesting about the character. He is better as a supporting character. Maybe if you recast the role and did it where the character was 15 years older. Similar to Indy vs young Indy.

I loved Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and I would welcome another Indiana Jones film...assuming Harrison Ford returns. And I definitely want Sallah back!

I have to agree.

Temple of Doom - I loved this as a kid. I can see it as weaker than KotCS now, and agree - KotCS was on par or better than all the Indy films except Raiders.
I will say this for ToD - killer music/soundtrack. There was at least one new theme for that film that is still stuck in my head to this day. And since I was that age, I really identified with Short Round.
