New 'Harry Potter' Hunk

Okay, I must admit I'm confused. Do you guys think my Radcliffe choice is a good or bad one?

I actually don't think any of the males are hugely attractive. They all look nice but no hotties.

I just think your reference to his "male member" was hilarious.

Ahh, I get it now. I didn't even notice that!

I think that the most attractive member of the cast is Emma Watson. Male member, I'd say...Radcliffe.

You think?

:vulcan:

My point being is that it goes without saying. He's the titular hero and the main protagonist in the movie after all. He's the most attractive and charismatic of the male cast members his age in that film. Grint, Felton, and others are cute as well, but they don't share the spotlight with Radcliffe.

Interesting. In my experience the people around me never like Radcliffe, I'm actually in the minority on that. There seem to be a lot of people who are into Grint. And usually I have very different tastes in men than most women so I just assume I'm in the minority.

So wait... he's incredibly attractive and an underwear model, has a degree in neuroscience and he's a film star?

*cough*Mary Sue*cough*

Not necessarily. He's got a girlfriend (if he has any tendencies towards the same sex, he could be bi at least).
How does having a girlfriend make him any less of a Mary Sue?

It's just semantics. He appears straight, though, and there's nothing to indicate that he likes other guys.

Do you think gays wear a sign "I like cock"?

I have been with straight guys, I have been with straight guys with children. The word straight is a joke.

That said, does it matter if he is or not? I don't get the point.

I'm thinking someone doesn't understand the term "Mary Sue."

My bad ... I googled it and it didn't appear to have any gay connotations. :o

Well, pardon me! Maybe you've been gay longer than I have, but no, I wasn't born yesterday, either. :vulcan: I know having a partner of the opposite sex doesn't really indicate one's true sexual orientation; neither does the manner in which one dresses, talks, or behaves, which is what the vibe I was getting. And, no, I wasn't making a big deal of anyone's sexual orientation.

I don't, I'm sorry I'm not up to date with my slang, and that seems like British slang too. :p

If by "up to date" you mean "I don't recognize a term that's been in use for well over three and a half decades" then yes, you'd be correct.

And since someone is too lazy to simply google the term, here you are. Surely you're not too lazy to click, read, and educate yourself? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_sue

I've always thought it was funny that the entire "Mary Sue" thing was spawned from an old Star Trek fanfic.

Back to HP hunks, how's about them twins? James and Oliver Phelps are so hott!

I'm glad to see no one likes Harry Potter for the stories, everyone just watches them for the hot people! :)

YAY for Thunk Threads!

:D :D :D

PS: With all this talk about hot HP guys, we should start posting some pics... Mmmmm.

^^Untrue.

I watch them for the slash possibilities. :techman:

...right, like you didn't see those smoldering looks Harry and Draco kept shooting at each other.

In all seriousness it seems to me that Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe have a lot of chemistry together. It was kind of weird watching the scenes where Harry comforts Hermione as a friend because it seemed like they were a more likely match. Unfortunately Grint and Watson don't seem to have as much chemistry.
