New 'Harry Potter' Hunk

Gryffindorian

Vice Admiral

Move over, Dan Radcliffe. I think I have a new crush. ;)

At first glance, Freddie Stroma reminds me of a young Ryan Philippe. What's even more amazing is that this young actor has both brains and brawn.

Besides his polite manners, athleticism and charming good looks, Stroma also has the brains. He earned a neuroscience degree with high marks from the University College London in June while juggling his film roles and a side gig in modeling to help pay for tuition. “Neuroscience was absolutely perfect for me. To study the mind, brain, nervous system with a scientific approach is fun. It’s philosophical, psychological and biological, three areas I find fascinating,” he says. Stroma took a year long break from his studies to film “Harry Potter” and then went back to school to finish his degree. “It would have been a shame to just throw it away so it meant a lot to finish it off for me.”

He's done underwear modeling, too.

I will definitely admit--I think he's cuter than Rob Pattinson. And way more than Dan Radcliffe (but never found Dan all that cute anyway; I'm more an Alan Rickman and Rupert Grint gal).

He was funny as heck in HBP... He was perfect in his role.

I could get into that.

And yeah, RP looks anemic now. He actually LOOKS like a damned vampire. He has gone all pouty and foppish long hair over the eye kinda.

I thought Rob was cute in Goblet of Fire, but nowadays, yeah, not so much. And to be very honest, he's not at all what I'd imagined Edward looking like.

But yeah, I think Freddie's adorable. And that underwear commercial was hilariously cute.

Meh, not my type. Then again I don't like Ryan Phillipe either.

I think that the most attractive member of the cast is Emma Watson. Male member, I'd say...Radcliffe.

So wait... he's incredibly attractive and an underwear model, has a degree in neuroscience and he's a film star?

*cough*Mary Sue*cough*

Okay, I must admit I'm confused. Do you guys think my Radcliffe choice is a good or bad one?

I actually don't think any of the males are hugely attractive. They all look nice but no hotties.

I admit Freddie Stroma is handsome and that Daniel has this unique haunting beauty but I am more of a Matthew Lewis (Neville) fan. I can't explain it but I think he is adorable. Granted in the Potter films the have him in a fat suit and glue pads behind his ears to make them stick out but in real life he is very attractive.

I also think that Josh Herdman (Goyle) is cute too. :bolian:

OMG, Matthew Lewis has grown beyond awesome. I can't believe that funny little chubby kid in the first movie has grown to be a tall, lanky hot guy. I hope they just let him look like himself in the final movie; it'd be a physical representation of his internal growth. :)

For me, my main HP hottie is Alan Rickman/Snape. But then, I'm weird like that. LOL

I just think your reference to his "male member" was hilarious.

^ Especially after his full frontal stint in Equus.

Yeah, Alan Rickman (It's the voice!) really does it for me. And I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for Mr. Rupert I-couldn't-give-a-good-interview-to-save-my-life Grint. :)

Not necessarily. He's got a girlfriend (if he has any tendencies towards the same sex, he could be bi at least).

You think?

:vulcan:

My point being is that it goes without saying. He's the titular hero and the main protagonist in the movie after all. He's the most attractive and charismatic of the male cast members his age in that film. Grint, Felton, and others are cute as well, but they don't share the spotlight with Radcliffe.

Oh, I adore Rupert Grint. He's one of only two redheads on my very long list of actors I find attractive. Just don't seem to find redheads all that interesting (maybe because I myself am one?).

But yeah, Rupert's great. My sister likes him more than I do.
