My issue just came and I rapidly absorbed it. If there was one thing I don't like about this mini-series is that it's too damn short. I want more, more, MORE!
While we don't learn much more than what we already expected (like that the Jellico who stole the Paradox is from the Mirror Universe and is working for Mirror Calhoun), there were a lot of great moments. Kebron "torturing" poor Lucius with family vacation photos, Tania pointing out the quotation marks around Jellico's usage of Mac, the conversation between our Jellico and Soleta, and so on.
The only thing I'm not all that interested in is the political intrigue on New Thallon. While it's great to see Robin, Kally, and even Si Cwan, I don't really care what the Council thinks about Robin being pregnant.
Also, I find it interesting that the Mirror Jellico says that the Soleta he knew is dead. At the end of Cutting Ties, she is alive and well. And who is this "she" (presumably) Mirror McHenry refers to in Soleta's mind meld with our Jellico?
I wish this mini-series was longer than five issues. It just doesn't seem like it'll be enough.
