The bottom line is that when you have a 'Q'uetion about The Star Trek Multi-place...

Talk to Christopher, David, Greg, or Kristen

You people know your $h*&

And I am gonna HAVE to wait for your words...

Please, just keep it coming

This may be totally OT (if anyone can figure out what topic the OP intended to cover), but a totally random thought popped into my mind for the authors.

Greg (or anyone)...have you ever posted a reply to praise or a topic on one of your books and the OP respond like "Who the hell are you?"

Like, let's say someone read To Reign In Hell and was like "Wow, that Khan book was like the best Trek EVER MAN! I could almost hear old Ricardo in my HEAD, and I'm glad they used that hot chik from the original episode!" and Greg, you post something like "Why thank you, that is high praise indeed." And the OP responds "Greg Cox, who the !@#$% is Greg Cox???"

Just wondering.

It's not quite the same thing, since I wouldn't expect anyone to recognize my name compared to someone like Greg, but I found myself in a discussion on a Myriad Universes 3 thread with some people expressing their absolute disbelief that anyone would write about Nilz Baris, and it seemed clear to me that they didn't realize they were talking with the author. I found it quite amusing, as I'm the first to admit that it was an off-the-wall idea.

Not that I can remember, but I'm sure it must have happened at some point. :)

Believe it or not, I have done book signings where people didn't realize I was the author! At first they seem to think I'm just a random bookstore employee sitting behind a pile of books!

"Oh, you wrote this?"

It's like they're unfamiliar with the concept of book signings!

^What? What has TAS got to do with e-books? And seriously, do you ever talk about anything other than e-books?
