New Engineering Pictured in Trailer?

Looking at this picture, it almost appears that we're looking down into the Secondary Hull right into Engineering.

With how symmetrical the frame work appears (and tapered), and what looks to be warp power transfer conduits feeding out of a possible warp core.

I think a lot of people are spending too much time analyzing this stuff...

That said, I can see what you're talking about. It would fit with the traditional horizontal orientation of the TOS Enterprise's warp core, and everything does seem to radiate, symmetrically, out of that center. However, since I am fairly certain that's the leading edge of the saucer just above and to the right, it would mean that the sections of the ship are kind of lying all over the place at this point in the construction.

Tamek, he's talking about the boxlike structure below it with pipes radiating outward, bug-leg fashion. Note how all the structures around that point are matched, left and right. It does suggest a "center" of some sort.

It looks like part of the drydock to me. Personally, I think the reason they didn't show the stardrive in the teaser is because only the saucer and the nacelles are being constucted there. That would exlpain the nacelles looking so huge, they aren't sitting on struts attached to the stardrive, they're sitting on scaffolding behind the saucer.
