ha ha, nice one! Hmm, as for the drugs trade, I could actually see that more as a Cyberman ploy.

Going back to the Welsh Who idea, Nerys Hughes or Ruth Madoc as the Rani, that's the casting dilema...
 
As long as he just goes "OOOOOOO-EEEEEEEE-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!". No lyrics, we don't want this to turn into Enterprise. Or Smallville.
 
Hell, I can see Aled Jones working as a grown up Adric more than Andrew Sachs did.

If we're really looking into singers-turned-actresses, I wouldn't mind seeing Shirley Manson as a creepy-older-sister-type Companion.
 
My vote is for Michelle Ryan to be the new companion. I must admit that I hardly watch this show, but might give it a shot if she joined the cast.

I didn't know that Lily Allen acted. Personally, I enjoy her music so I wouldn't rather her continue in that field versus her becoming an actor.

Well heck, she ALMOST made Bionic Woman watchable, the girl can do anything....

literally, whenever she likes I'm free to do whatever she wants. ;)
