No. This is NuWho. Love messing up the Doctor/companion dynamic is what pushes this story along...
What strikes me something horrid, is that if Smith is so young that they're going to recast River too with some child actress to play along side him... If she's going to meet 11 out of order there's no reason wht she can't meet 11 and 12, but still have adventures left to play out with 10.

The timewar might be locked, but what about the 6 billion years before that?
Some spectacular Romana III might be nice, but I wouldn't mind a little more good old fashioned Romana II.
