There's no such thing as an Andorian Batman, because Andorians have superpowers.

I forget, but did our Shukar's voice sound electronically modulated like that of his MU counterpart? I'm kinda hoping they drop that effect. I like everything about the revised Andorians except that crap.
they look great!! I love that makeup!Powder blue skin like Shran and Andorians from ENT. The hair's more yellow but they look more or less like 22nd century Andorians with that makeup.
She certainly seems to be depicted as currently being a combat officer, or at least a fleet operations officer, though she is stated to have a background as a psychologist, and if we take Lorca's comments literally, she is a doctor. Is there anything to indicate Cornwell is not a combat officer?
Truer words were never spoken/written, anywhere, by anyone.if I want realism, what the hell am I bothering with Star Trek for, am I right?
He led the fleet against the Cardassians.Wait, does this mean Admiral McCoy from "Encounter at Farpoint" was similarly out there taking command of vessels in war zones prior to TNG?![]()
Is there a reason he should?Wait, does this mean Admiral McCoy from "Encounter at Farpoint" was similarly out there taking command of vessels in war zones prior to TNG?![]()
I don't think it is super weird career path considering how many hats Starfleet wears. And they seem to allow people to switch their service departments pretty freely. And why shouldn't they? As long as you take some extra courses or get some other way qualified for your new job, why would it matter what your old job was?She certainly seems to be depicted as currently being a combat officer, or at least a fleet operations officer, though she is stated to have a background as a psychologist, and if we take Lorca's comments literally, she is a doctor.
I know, they've obviously given her the kind of career path Beverly Crusher or Deanna Troi have, or even Ezri Dax in the novels where they start as psychologists/medical officers and advance to starship command, or in this case further. It's not realistic, but then if I want realism, what the hell am I bothering with Star Trek for, am I right?
ENT redesign to tellaritesCould be worse. In "Whom Gods Destroy(TOS)" the Tellarite inmate on Elba II had human hands. They couldn't even be bothered with all the Season 3 budget cutbacks to make a Tellarite's hands look alien.
