New Andorians

Andorians are my All Time Favorite alien race. I find this makeup to be... kinda cool. Not sure about the nipples instead of eyebrows..but not bad. :) Now all we need is a bunch in StarFleet uniforms!

Tellarites looking like boars instead of pig? Genius! Love it!

The extra "things" on the Andorian brow look like secondary sensory bits. Maybe really old Andorians have them, or another sub-species.
I'd rather not have them try to explain why. It would be like trying to explain the extra brow ridge TNG gave to the Romulans that didn't exist in TOS Romulans.

or you know, they just redesigned the makeup.
That's what I'm going with.

The eyebrow things remind me of the ones some members of the Sith species have in Star Wars.

Looks great. Glad to see more TOS aliens, as well as seeing them expand upon. The Tellarites were one of the least imaginative species in TOS and ENT did them few favors. Hopefully this might help, but I am doubtful.

oh cool. this alone makes DISCO worthwhile. best Andorian make-up I've ever seen. And the Tellarites don't look ridiculous anymore.

Well, we didn't see a lot of it, but there was definitely one shot where the Andorian antennae moved, so I'm a happy camper on that front.

When did they show a Klingon eating another Klingon?

They ate Georgiou. Pretty sure Humans and Klingons while not the same species are close enough as sentient beings for it to be cannibalism of some sort. Don't Humans, Klingons, Romulans and Cardassians share the same genetic markers according to TNG?

I could go eat broiled chimpanzee tonight if I wanted too. Doesn't make me a cannibal.

I can't imagine all the races in the Federation looking at each other as potential food sources because they come from different planets. They're all humanoid at the end of the day. The ones we've seen anyway.

But, if they don't know that, especially since the connection wasn't made until TNG. In addition, different cultures regard eating the enemy with different attitudes.

Likely, Klingons eating humans would not be regarded in quite the same way as human eating human. Also, Klingons eat Klingons in victory, at least at some point in time.

I can buy off on the Andorian. Close enough to be easily explained by evolution, sub-species, or mutation.

I'm not buying that Tellarite makup; same way I'm still not buying these weird Reman-Klingons. Not Tellarites. Not Klingons.
