New and Improved POST YOUR PET PICTURES Thread

That's a she. Her name is Helena, after the city in Montana.

Look up a couple pages if you wanna see her full exuberance.

And my temporary house guest Ms. Pea, who has an affinity for snoozing on my sweaters:

I LOVE these photos! They're fantastic. :techman:

I have two cats that don't want to be photogenic this week, despite all my attempts to the contrary. Until then, I hope you enjoy this picture of my aunt's dog who I care for on the weekends. Her name is Lexie and this is her 80s look:

yah another Rottie :)

For all their bad rep a well trained and loved Rottweiler is a great dog and they can be great big goofs :)

Ours was male so never got the pink wig but he did get tinsel on his collar at Christmas time when my brother wasn't around :)

Ms. Pea is staying with me while her owner extricates herself from her roommate, an unstable person who felt Ms. Pea made a convenient punching bag upon which to vent her own life's frustrations. :(

Those are wonderful pics!I hope Ms.Pea is doing better and I'm glad she is out of that horrible situation.

Our next addition (she's not ready till next week) The one looking at the camera. Following the to Kill a Mockingbird theme (we called her sister Scout) this one's being called Boo.

I always wanted a jack russell from the first time I watched The Mask. I always expected it to be white with coloured patches (like Boo's two siblings above). The first one is a black and tan and now we have a mostly wee broon dug, as we say round these pairts. Most people ask us what breed Scout is because it's an unusual colour combination.

I think I posted this one in the other picture thread but since my cat is in it too I figured I'd also post it here. Taken on Halloween with my phone.

Thanks folks, glad you liked the photo. It was a lot of fun to do. And, it was actually a really (surprisingly) easy effect to create, and that's coming from a PhotoShop novice.

Oh, and sorry for the delayed response. Just returned from vacation (yes, another one). :mallory: Playing catch up a bit.

Not a vacation per se, but I'm off to the west coast to see my in-laws over Xmas week. Should be a nice time, and they actully have snow out there.

We're going to a hockey game, cross country skiing or snowshoeing, and I get to slog around with my FIL and watch him bird hunting. I'm not a hunter, but I'm curious to see how gun dog in action.

Eddie glares at the camera...I accidentally woke him.

My sister's cat, Franklin, loves to climb all over me. He's very fat, so that's not fun.

Exactly!

They get so mopey on weekday mornings when they see us in our getting ready for work routine - showering, shaving, hair drying, etc.

Conversely, they sorta know the weekend routine too. When they see me getting out a towel and their leashes, they know its off to the lake for hiking and swimming. Or my wife getting her running gear on means its off for a run in the woods.
