Hmm. This certainly does raise an interesting question as what counts as rape. If you do something to someone of your own free will, but are oblivious as to its sexual aspect, does it count?

And yeah, DS9 got away with a lot of sexual references simply by using oo-mox. I believe there's another episode where it's stated that Rom gives himself oo-mox...
