Need surface detail for a starship design

Dayton3

Admiral
I'm literally drawing a starship. That is my own from scratch post ST:TNG design on a sheet of paper.

I was wondering if there is anyplace I can copy and print out surface details for a starship. Like lifeboat hatch covers, deflector grids, things like that.

Something that I can then add where necessary to give my ship detail.

I can always reduce or increase them in size to fit the scale of my starship.

This is very literally, a cut and paste job.

...you may want to contact Icy on this board as he could point you in the right direction...

Cheers

100 views and nothing?

Surely there is something I could use out there?
Sorry, absolutely no clue. There's a lot of material out there, but in general, to do what you're suggesting you'd end up having to buy something, as far as I'm aware, or more likely, having to create it yourself.

Your original question was also a bit... vague... I mean, are you looking for "aztecing" patterns? For "little hardware pockets?" Windows? What, what???

If you put up an image of what you're working on, and highlighted areas where you're stumped... we might be better able to provide an assist... then again, maybe not... hard to say!
