Need some advice - online ordering

Tried asking this in the Websites forum but got no replies.

Anyway, I ordered the Miranda class blueprints from the Federation Models website on 5th May, got confirmation that my payment had been processed but as of today I have still not received my order. I've emailed the site twice and have had no reply, second email was to simply ask for confirmation that my order had been shipped and to see what I could do on my end.

I'm basically looking for advice on what I could do on my end to see how to go about tracking my order down. The only thing I realised that could be the problem is that I went for the untrackable and uninsurable method of delivery (delivery from the US to the UK) but on further reading noticed that the website would account for this and change to suit which doesn't seem the case.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do to track this down and finally get my order?

There in the US and I'm in the UK. Not too sure what the cost would be but I know it won't be cheap, also got to think about the time difference as well and also I'm not that great at speaking on the phone especially people I don't know.

Well if they don't answer emails the phone is your only other option really.

Just an update. Got a reply to my 2nd email saying that there was delay getting the order in at there end. Hopefully I should now get them by the end of the week.

Nice of them to keep me updated on the progress though.

Let us know. I'm not particularly interested in the Miranda blueprints myself, but if there's anyone checking this thread that is, they might be interested in the customer service involved here, and may color their decision on ordering blueprints themselves.
