Need some advice from football fans ^_^;;

My dad wants a Federation Ship named for Alabama Crimson Tide football team.

Im not much of a football fan but what sort of ship or things would you want for a ship named after them?

Im thinking a Shuttle Carrier type ship.

Alabama primarily plays defense and runs the ball, a very physical team. Shuttlecarrier says passing game and finesse to me. I think an assault cruiser might be a better choice, something built to get in close to an opponent and pound them into submission. I've heard a quote from Coach Saban to that effect, telling the players to "Dominate your opponent and make his ass quit."

FYI, the last two ships named for the state have been the South Dakota class battleship, BB-60 and the Ohio class ballistic missile sub, SSBN-731.

Maybe base it on the Belknap or Baker class ^__^

It's gotta have houndstooth carpets in the hallways. The Bridge should be decorated in Crimson.

Good Idea and i did Color the ship on the outside Crimson and White

Now to have the blue colored Klingon ship you did be an Auban Tiger ship--with the AU in place of the Klingon insignia--or make them Kzinti or Lyran...
