Vasquez Rocks (including the large inclined specimen to which you refer) appear in several episodes, notably "Arena" and "The Alternative Factor". They are located in northern Los Angeles County.

Not sure they were in Wayne's World, though.

It wasn't in "Wayne's World" (which is set in Illinois) but it's definitely prominently featured (including the Kirk clip from Arena) in "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey".

Smeee smeeee smeg! I am a smeghead had a Waynes World, Bill and Teds reality inversion ! always wanted to know were they were Tnx u guys rule !

PS. soz about the "nerdy" in the title i tried to edit it out but it would only let me edit the body of the post, my bad ... live long and prosper!

If you have Google Earth, put "Vasquez Rocks, CA" into the search field, and you'll get a nice satellite view.
