Need help in buying a camcorder to record gaming vids...

I helped kick off a friends gaming vids this year and its made me want to do my own channel but at the moment I am having problems finding the right sort of camera I want. My friend has a Samsung R10

Thats costs about £250ish but he didn't pay anywhere near for that (got it 2nd hand). I don't need HD anyway cause of size of file, all our vids on his camera were SD anyway and looekd fine.

Now I did look at this but after research wasn't sure...

Now I will probably go to £130ish if I have too but would prefer not too, got something with decent sound, battery and picture. Heres some footage from his cam so something similar in SD quality would be nice...

Uhm.. isn't it better to do some research how you can record the video output directly from your screen rather than filming it with a cam which almost always looks worse than a direct feed from the PC.
I'm sure there are good programs out there.

If you want direct audio commentary just buy a good headset and record your commentary.

Problem is I plan to do more than gameplay for channel plus been meaning to get a cam for ages anyway for general use (sorry no home made pornos ).

Mate, considering how cheap those capture devices are, I'd say you'd be best of getting one as well as the camera. It would certainly make your videos look more professional if you can switch between camera footage and game footage. Let's face it, game footage shot off a TV with a camcorder always looks shitty on YouTube videos, especially in comparson to captured footage.
