I technically have a forum, started a month ago, on philosophy, in particular dialectics and rhetoric.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Res_publica

Problem is, I based it off of Zeno of Citrium's approach to Ethics. The forum provider bases it off of Ad Revenue rules, so goes into posts, and starts ***** shit up.

This is upsetting for a site focusing on rhetorical presentations, I've had to explain to people Cicero used to curse in his speeches, ripping people up in court.... Aristotle didn't ban Ad Hominem attacks but encourage them.

It is hard to explore these classical norms to a point that we can practice, recategorize and explore the minutia, when some idiot savant Spock like character with a puritanical bent is systematically blocking it. Its dire in a era to grasp what speech is, when free speech is dying off. In at least half of Europe, its unreasonably blocked.

I've come to a conclusion I need my own website, that can host the forum, but also want a wiki and user blog area.

I went to 5gigabytesfree, and it provides all that, minus the homepage. It has two templates, both worthless.

My other options so far require a PC, and my PC doesn't accept for whatever bizarre reason my USB phone hotspot teether anymore (many report this, lots of solutions, just none that work yet) so I can't go open a website builder on a PC using my phone.

I would love to find a free website, unlimited storage and bandwidth (I've found some, all demand a PC to edit themes) that I can have a forum, wiki area (I gotta add a few hundred historic philosophers and subjects not available on Wikipedia, don't want wikipedia overriding my original submissions cause they think magically they know more) and each member a blog.

And free starting off.

I know that's absurd, but I've seen sites to the forums and blogs combined. I would keep 5gigfree, but like I said, horrible selection on templates.

I want a website I can work on for 40 years, not worry about some crazy bizarre moderator moving in. I also need it US based, EU is too intellectually unstable in regards to its speech laws. In Spain, they banned the catholic church from advertising on the side of its van in regards to sexual values, but let opposing ideologies do it without coercion, in the UK, government can molest anyone who's commercials they don't want, central Europe has next to no freedom of expression of thought, many have been watching the absurd social media crackdown.

US has stable free speech laws, and a history of avoiding these displays of fascism. I really want people comfortable enough to express themselves, explore ideas, without government attacking them.

So that leaves me with a US based company, offering free unlimited or at least large storage and bandwidth, forums, wiki, and blogs for users.

Every time I try one, ends in a dead end. I'm tired of seeing people bullied or censored just for expressing ideas, I want to develop a deeper understanding of what expression is, new ideas and concepts, in a era when everyone wants to shut it down. It is very frustrating.

I would he open for paying for a site, but won't until I see proof it can work.... I don't want to fork over cash for a site to respond back "sorry, you can't edit this feature via phone, use your computer". By this point, anything should be done on a phone. Even before Microsoft 10 stopped me from using my teether, I rarely plugged my phone in, save when my OCR scanned texts needed additional help transcribing. I got a old windows tablet, but it randomly resets every few minutes. Thought at the time buying it was brilliant, not so much now. Worst mistake ever.

Were it up to me--I'd tear out computers from the walls of every business and replace them with rotary phones--and limit cell phones to first responders--so I'm not your guy ;)

Word to the wise. Be careful of having heroes who crap marble. We don't live in the days of parchment, pantaloons and powdered wigs.

We went from:

The Age of Belief-
The Age of Adventure
The Age of Reason
The Age of Enlightenment
The Age of Ideology

We are now in The Age of Analysis.--but we may be entering the age of identity politics.

So basically... it sounds like you want the site to be hosted in the US, to be free, and to have a platform that works on mobile devices. Is that correct?
