stil think it was a missed opertunity for scot caan not to play dective williams again in ncis new york, they did have a crossover with hawaií five oh.

also sam hanna was always driving in los angeles, and scot caan was always the passenger in five oh. but is now the one driving.

Scott Caan being Danny Williams on NCIS means they have to either pay whoever owns the rights to the character for every episode or come to some sort of agreement. Law & Order: SVU had Munch (Homicide: Life on the Streets) as a regular. If my memory is correct, two creators waived their fees which they look back at as lost money, but the third creator had to be paid for every episode he was in.
