^ Not at all sure how those photos relate to this episode....but okey dokey!

Anyway, I voted 'excellent' on this episode. You really can't go wrong with our favorite CIA Operative, now can you? :techman: Between Trent Kort, Ziva's badass move in the safehouse, and the twist ending (okay...so I saw it coming, but still, it was pretty good), this was a most excellent episode of NCIS.

Man, I love this show.

^ Well, you can certainly post 'em for me! Mark Harmon is just great!

But thanks for filling me in. Didn't think I'd missed a western scene.

So, did you watch the episode? What did you think?

When you have a "special guest star" (though what makes him one is beyond me), he's either going to turn out to be the bad guy or go down in a blaze of glory. But other than that, the plot was interesting.

On a side note, I'm surprised Rocky Carroll has such a nothing role. The director was only a recurring character in the first two seasons, and even when it was Jenny it wasn't much of a role. Adam Arkin also has a smallish role on Life, but at least he gets to direct episodes.

I had Perry pegged as the real bad guy pretty much from the start. I guess it was all right.

Well, this is actually one of the reasons I don't pay much attention to opening credits when I watch an episode first time though. Sort leaves me more surprises.

I actually like his Director alot better than I liked Jenny. I found her a bit shrill and unnecessarily hard-assed at times, not to mention a bit condescending with that whole, "I have to answer to Sec Nav, the President, God and the Prime Minister to Lower Slabovia on this issue, so get with it, Jethro and do what I say NOW'. Like he doesn't know who she answers to. He's well aware of the politics involved. Which is EXACTLY why he isn't in that job.

That part of her character annoyed the shit out of me. And this Director doesn't do that nearly as often. He's tough, but he drops alot fewer names in that condescending fashion. So I like him better.

Not sure why they don't give him more to do. Was Jenny a popular character? Maybe if she wasn't, they might be wary of giving him too much to do and having fans dislike him like I kinda disliked Jenny at times (especially once we got into that whole La Granouille (or however you spell it) thing.

The best part about that whole storyline was Trent Kort. Glad they kept him around after that storyline was over. Jethro needs another love/hate relationship like the one he has with Fernell. :techman:

I voted excellent as well. Enjoyed the safehouse "comprimised" moment as well as "the Dance" between Kort and Gibbs. Kort to me is that "buddy" you can never truly trust. :shifty:

You can't trust Cort. For one, look at the company he holds:

And second, CTU has a file on him!!!!

Sorry. I was sick for awhile. I'm back though. :)

I gave this an excellent.

I love Kort. And the animosity between he and DiNozzo or more to the point, DiNozzo's hatred of him, is hilarious!!

I loved, loved, LOVED Ziva's badassness (yep, not a word, deal with it) at the safe house!! She is the awesomeness!! I would NOT want to piss her off!!

Excellent show this week. Loved the interaction with Kort, they need to have him on more often. By the way I can't stand the guy, but he sure makes for a good episode!

Tell me about it sister!
