I've heard "Nauzzi" in Churchill speeches and old movies and newsreels. I've never heard anyone within the past, oh, 30 years use that pronunciation. Patterns of Force was probably just old enough that some people still used that pronunciation. I don't think either is "wrong" or "right." It's not like the word would have been in the dictionary circa WWII, since it was a slang term.

Nowadays Nazi always rhymes with hotsy totsy (to quote The Producers again). ;) And yeah, it's in the dictionary NOW. "Nauzzi" is not listed as a variant.
