When I was first told that Sarah Silverman was "also" a comedienne, I rolled my eyes, because there's no way that Voyager's Rain Robinson could ever say a naughty or unpleasant word, so she should just go back where she belongs, to Star Trek.

I'm power watching True Blood atm, but after I'm done (mid season 5) I will check this out. I'm going to be in foul mouthed sex deviancy withdrawal when I finish TB and I don't think SG:U is going to be the fix.
 
I still smile whenever I think about the Episode where Eli in the wrong body tells his mum that his name is Phillip J Fry.

The "final" (It WILL be back.) of Futurama yesterday reminded the shit out of me about the final episode of Stargate SG1.
 
Well I missed that (Futurama). I can't keep up. But it's not going anywhere.

I still have to finish Farscape before October because Browder and Black are doing a con here then. I am always, always behind.

I was watching Stargate Atlantis for the first time when I went to a con and heard Robert Picardo speak and he SPOILED Stargate Atlantis for me! Which was kind of hilarious.
 
There's a Farscape blooper reel I saw at a con, where they had a modified opening credits and John is screaming "I'm lost in strange place full of weird sounding foreigners who all drink this disgusting beer called FourX!"

After my gammy extracted her dandy, lush husband from her life, suddenly all she did was watch sports. It was amazing, like some force for the preceding 30 years had got between her and the cricket, and now she could finally be herself.

Is your story similar to that because you have absolutely no excuse for not watching Farscape when it first aired.

I haven't had a XXXX in decades, it's not exactly drunk in Victoria. But I recall it was pretty poor stuff. Now I'm curious.

And yes yes I have blossomed into the couch. Or the modern version of the couch, the monitor.
 
I was raised on beer. My dad used to buy non-alcoholic beer for us as children so we would acquire a taste for bitterness. Thank god I seem to have not even a shred of a gene for addiction.
 
I thought all Australian science fiction was porn. Now I'm not sure if I should ever look for Farscape at the video store.
 
Yeah, if Farscape doesn't have any boobs in it, despite my affection for Virginia Hey ever since Mad Max 2, I'm not sure I should get it. Because otherwise, some descriptions I've read of the series make it sound like the Muppets.
 
I think you would like it. And Claudia Black is hot.

It has it's very sexy moments, but no boobs really. Unless I haven't got to them yet.
