I'm going to guess TNG Interface even though "Mufasa's mother" isn't accurate, Madge Sinclair voiced Mufasa's wife, and Simba's mother in The Lion King.

So, assuming I'm right, let's see who gets this: the only time in all Trek Coca-Cola is mentioned.
