I'm gonna say the top one is either the british remake of the Three Stooges or the british remake of The Ghostbusters.
It was mean of me to take a screencap with British cops in the background. It's actually a German film (see Defcon's post) that only plays in England. It's a parody of the Edgar Wallace movies that were very popular here in the 60s. But I'm sure its makers would be glad to know it was mistaken for a British movie.
Anyway, two more of my favourite movies.

It's not that I suddenly turned up, it's more that I'm usually too slow (seldom) or just don't have a clue(most of the time).
