Mystery ship in the opening credits

Yes, the comment about the creators calling it the Emmette was mainly intended to be in jest (although factual)... No doubt if some episode had used the ship model, she would have appeared under some more dignified name. And it's extremely unlikely that there would have been a name painted on it no matter what - the two NX class ships were the only ones ever to have such pennant paint in ENT.

A simple wireframe from a somewhat higher-up viewpoint was provided in that inside scoop, showing a pillbox-type forward hull embedded in the bow of the vessel. Virtually nothing resembled the Warp Delta there. The design was certainly intriguing, but alas, no hint of scale was given. A lovely addition to the menagerie of 21st-22nd century starship designs in any case!
