My Trek Models

Hello. I build Trek Models. I come here from time t time to stare at the nice ship models/pictures you guys put up. Also I kill soem time reading the various boreds here. I thought id start a thread and show you guys some models Ive built over the past year. Im not a great modeler but Im building my skillz and I try hard lol.

So heres some stuff you guys migth enjoy.

My first build: TOS Enetrprise slightly re-imagined:

My NX-01:

My NX-09 heres a little backstory I created for it:

NX-09 Defiant was extremely damaged in a battle with the Romulans at the begining of the Romulan War. With the War Effort in place, the Defiant was chopped down, removing all of her damaged saucer area. Cargo Rooms were converted to bunk houses for crew. Extra support pilons were put in place and the nacelle location was changed to increase structural integrity. The war govenor was also moved due to the nacelle change. Two experimental photon torpedo launchers were linked structuraly to her main hull.

My Foxhound, shes almost done, Ive since done the detail painting and am preping her for decals now. I based it off the firsd pic below, credits go to whomever created that pic:

I dig that little NX-09... And though I don't really like the re-imagined E that much, I certainly appreciate the skill in modifying those nacelle struts like that. THey don't look out of place on her at all.

I dunno about best, but Galactica sure is a beauty. I have a Pegasus on Pre-order as well in the same scale. Foxhound is almost done, she's drying now from her flat coat.

And here is the complete Foxhound. She's dipping a little forward on the stand but thats an easy fix.

Finished another NX bash. This is the NX-10 Crux named after the constellation. Was pretty easy to do, I did this one kinda quick as Im getting burnt out on NX models at this point. My next build will have to be something different. Enjoy!

I'd like a better look at what's on the neck of that Enterprise, though I assume it's a torp launcher.
