When Spock's ship hit the Nero Ship in the climax of Star Trek XI, it disturbs the balance of the parrarel universe. A starship named USS Enterprise come to the Abrams' Star Trek universe because of this.
This Enterprise is the flagship of Emperor James T.Kirk (William Shatner), the conqueror of the universe and founder of New Terran Empire. When he comes to Chris Pein Kirk Universe, he got a plan to start a new invasion to sastify his needs to destroy and conquer things. Oh yeah, on the note, His Enterprise is better than the Chris Pein Enterprise because it used the older Kirk technology.
Five years later, Kirk has become a full fledge Federation Captain and transfered to USS Faragaust (well, somebody else lead Enterprise right now). His starship is attacked by Shatner Enterprise and he and Scotty stranded at a backwater Human colony. After a while, Kirk will realize that the people of this colony hate him because they think he is the older Kirk son and come to collect workers there (to build an armada) But after Kirk kick the Shatner lackey, he gains trust from the people. Together with the people, Kirk manages to capture the Terran Empire starship and leave the planet.
Meanwhile, Captain (Whoever he is) of the Enterprise recieve a distress call from a FederatioN Starship. He ordered Mr. Sulu to take a course to the distress call and the enterprise go into the warp.
When arrive, they meet an unknown Federation Starship who doesn't follow the registry rules of the Starfleet Command. Because of the curiousity, the captain hail them, and the one who answer is captain Hikari Sulu (older Version) make people on the bridge confused because the younger Sulu is with them in the bridge. Looking suspicious (they think that this Sulu is the future Sulu just like the future Spock in the previous movie), the captain come aboard to the ship to talk. But, he take Mr. Spock and Sulu secretly in order to protect him in this misterious starship.
Just like they have predicted, the Ship wants to capture the Enterprise. When they come aboard to the ship, the captain is shot by phaser and Mr. Spock and Sulu must do something like "MATRIX" action to save their ass.
Meanwhile, on board the Enterprise, the enemy transported and attack the ship. Uhura and Chekov needs to coordinate a defense plan to protect the ship.
After Spock and Sulu manages to return the ship, Enterprise enter a starship battle against the enemy ship. In this perils situation, Kirk and Scotty come with their ship to save the day (although they lost the ship in the process; hell, the Terran Empire ship is stronger than them)
After everyone gather in the Enterprise, Kirk explain the situation to everyone. Uhura suggest to report this to the Starfleet, and Kirk suggest they seeking the Emperor ship.
The Emperor Kirk manages to gathers his Starships and attack the earth. Unfortunattely for the Emperor, his surprise attack is not working. Because of Uhura, the Starfleet knows his plot and gather their power to counter the attack. Just because they have better technology from their enemy, the Emperor able to win the day. Unfortunately for him, the Enteprise comes from no where. Scotty manages to upgrade the Enterprise weaponary with the Sulu's ship weaponary so they can par one on one with the Emperor ship.
After that... well. I don't know. let the writer and director finish the story
