Maybe the OP was "inspired" by the tortured body discovered upon the Regula station and the account Captain Terrell told Kirk after he and Chekov were freed from the storage locker. He said something like, "He [Khan] went 'wild'...he slit their throats..."
True, the imagery is not my cup of hemlock, but the idea is not without precedence, and one should acknowledge the skill of the image manipulation.

however, I'm not really sure what the point is? all I see is some gruesome carnage, and then 'KHAN'. what story are you trying to tell? cause all I'm getting from it is that khan will spend the entire film beating the shit out of the main characters...
