My son's Xmas present

My young son, who has watched every episode of every Star Trek show even produced, wants to write Patrick Stewart and request an autographed photo to give his other sibling for Xmas. I'm completely clueless when it comes to writing actors and requesting autographs. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start in terms of addresses and how to write the letter (do you include a photograph)?
