My Ship chart.....

Oh no, I should of said more instead of just saying Frontiers. I was talking about ST Virtual Series Frontiers. I figured since someone mentioned Renassiance that you knew about this series as well. Hopefully that clears everything up.

Hey jep where is the new Battlestar Galactica??

Well these are Star Trek Charts..the old Galactica and some other non-Trek ships are in it as sort of a little joke.

PS: Has anyone figured out one of my latest "gag ship" in the chart yet? :)

Heck - I am still trying to find the Joker's ship!! Must need new glasses or something. Is it still on the chart or is it gone? If so, where is it? :cardie:

Great job, btw. Keep it up!!

It's a Riddler related "joke ship"..if you think about it for a minute I'm sure you'll get it...and yes it's still on the chart...in a matter of speaking.

On a related note: In TNS Battlestar Galacicta, the TOS 1701 is a part of the Rag Tag fleet. Don't believe me?

Check out The Miniseries. At the end, when Galactica is seen making the Jump from outside Ragnar Anchorage, the scene fades to black. It then "comes back up" and we see a view of the RTF, w/Galactica at her center. As the camera zooms in to Galactica, we see the "ring ship" above her - and behind the ringship is Enterprise!

This has even been confirmed by Lee Stringer, who was a CGI Supervisor for Zoic Studios at the time the Mini and Season One were produced.

Enjoy. :)

Weekend update...

Nothing much this week just a little work on the Main Chart..

You know that some of Jackill's ships have different names, right? Even though they're clearly meant to be movie-era upgrades of classes like the Saladin and Ptolemy? Otherwise it looks good.

Yea I know..but if I put those names down then someone would post..how their called this or that somewhere else so I just took the easiest route and gave them "refit" names. :)

I can understand that. But if it were me I would simply cite his work as the source of the names, since they represent the first ships from the old classes to be refitted.

I only asked cause I'm nitpicky.

That's ok..this wouldn't be Trek BBS without somebody being "nitpicky" about anything Star Trek.

You mean that people here pick nits?

No! Say it ain't so!

:D

I agree about the Jackill's stuff - just cite his work and anyone who says "that's wrong" remind them that you cited his work. To Heck w/'em if they continue to be pissy about it. ;)

I got hold of some of the Jackill's Starfleet manuals and I've started to change a few of the names..

Out of curiosity, will you be modifying the Saratoga variant that was used in DS9? I suppose it would really depend on how close to canon you want the chart to be. Personally I'd definitely stick Enterprise Class up instead of Constitution Refit, since it's used in all the tech sources I know of.

Would be kind of fun to stick a Protoss carrier up there as another gag ship. :D
