Didn't want this to get lost in my ship thread...I've managed to make a few parts. (It was NOT easy!) I think they turned out pretty well.

I always try to work in PNG whenever I can because of the resolution.

BTW, a tip for everyone...if you MUST downconvert (say to JPG) on an image, don't use ordinary Paint. Loses a ton of resolution that way.

Paint.Net will downconvert to JPG or GIF with decent resolution if you are starting from a PNG or Bitmap source.

Probably not...I only really have one. Most of the time I use or mod an existing support. My saucer "necks" are done individually as opposed to being a "module".
