My Comcast menu, Zap2it and TV.com all say it's still airing, so here it is...

Henry suspects his wife is a spy. Edward makes a deal which could cost him dear in exchange for information with the KGB Agent Mariam Shefer. Dr. Norah Skinner investigates Angie and in the process realizing how much Edward means to her.

So did everyone stop watching. There's only four more episodes left. I'm guessing all nine episodes were in the can when they pulled the plug on the show, so there won't be any real resolution by the end like Journeyman, but you can still look at it like a TV miniseries.

Well I kinda watched.
I had the sound going while I was playing Fallout 3 and if anything sounded interesting I switched over to the picture.
Put it this way, I didn't switch over very much.

Since the show has been canceled anyway I think I'm done.

So let me get this straight: My Own Worst Enemy gets cancelled, yet somehow Knight Rider is deemed worthy of a mid-season reboot?? That's insane... :(

Below average. KGB? Snore. The fact that Sarah was the real spy who wrote the message was stunningly obvious, and just goes to show the sub-par level at which this show is written. This episode actually made me glad it's been cancelled.

Poor Christian Slater, he's really good in this too. The writers and producers are totally letting him down. And the basic concept of a guy at war with himself is also good, but man oh man, the "spy" angle was not the way to go. It just drags everything down by being both illogical and very tired.

And it really doesn't help matters to have Chuck, same network and same night, showing how to do a spy show in a way that is fresh, original and fun.

MOWE could benefit from a total reboot, and unlike KR, which is hopeless, has the potential to become something good. What if JANUS were uncovered by the FBI or whoever and dismantled. Edward and Henry would both still exist - to "fix" them would require murdering Henry - and since the guy's got a family, how can you justify that? But Edward is the "real" person, he has to survive, too. So the problem becomes, how does Edward/Henry just go on coping with life, with this unresolvable situation?
