My latest Star Trek Film!

George Kayaian

Hello everyone! I have just posted a teaser trailer for my third installment of my Star Trek trilogy entitled "The Multiverse Crisis". This trilogy is comprised of these films: "The Infinite Chain", "Incident at Beta 9", and "The Final Darkness". The first film is getting a digital facelift right now, the second movie is available on YouTube, and the trailer for part 3 is also available there on the same page as well. Just type in "Incident at Beta 9" or "George Kayaian" to see the film and trailer. I started in 1994, and with little money but a lot of love, made my films. The Final Darkness will be completed by this summer if all goes well. The trilogy takes place during the run of TOS. I hope you enjoy the movie and will have all three parts up and running as soon as possible. You can view each film individually without worrying about missing out. When all three films are available, then you'll see the connective narrative threads. Live Long and Prosper fellow fans!

I looked at a couple of segments - this is actually surprisingly ambitious especially for something begun so long ago. It might be worthwhile to post direct links here, though.

Is there a guesstimate as to when the "remastered" first episode will be made avIailable? Next week, next month or next year? I think it would enhance my appreciation of the second film.

Greetings Captain! The first movie in my trilogy should become available this summer...possibly in July. It was made in 1994, and the master needs to be upgraded...the VHS quality just won't cut it these days... in short, I have to re-edit the whole film. The second chapter will follow with brand new visual effects and a remastered edit. The third film, currently in production will arrive in HD already by June if all goes well. Just to help you out: The story in a nutshell for Part 1: The USS Hannibal discovers an energy gate...arrives in another galaxy and into a galactic civil war. Plus a Federation Ambassador goes mad causing trouble on board for Captain Navarro and crew! Each film can be watched seperately as well as a whole. Thanks so much my fellow fans! -George

This is pretty cool! Nice work.
To the Fleet Captain of the Intreprid: Thank you for your kind words! I really appreciate it. You know how hard it is to pull off these movies... but I really love and enjoy the world of Star Trek in TOS timeline. I will tell you this...we're remastering everything with new visual effects and a HD transfer for the whole trilogy... I can't wait to post it all... everything should begin by the summer if not sooner...I'll keep you all posted! -Sincerely, George

That looks like it was a ton of work! Thanks for posting.
To the Fleet Captain of Trekwatcher: Thank you for the kind words regarding my film. I will tell you, that the whole trilogy is getting a HD remastering and new visual effects, and it all should begin by summer. It's for my fellow fans that I make these films-- to share my love and respect for all things Star Trek... so your comments are really appreciated! -George

To Dennis, Fleet Admiral: Hello! I just wanted to thank you for your comments regarding my film... just to let you know... I did my first film in 1994, and took a long break to work on my other film projects... Then in 2000, I wrote the next film (Beta 9), but didn't film it until late 2001... and now I've almost finished the third film, with an eye for a summer release. I'm remastering the first two films after that in HD with new effects, so eventually the trilogy will be up to speed and posted. I am working as hard as I can in between my newborn baby and college classes! I'll be in touch with updates! Thanks again - George

I just confirmed with George that his 'college classes' are classes he teaches in film as well as taking classes to get an advanced degree.

Greeting everyone! Here is the latest update on my Star Trek: The Multiverse Crisis trilogy: Chapter one (The Infinite Chain) has been getting a digital facelift-- so far over forty new spfx shots have been developed, and a new edit of the entire film will begin in May. Chapter two: Incident at Beta 9 has all new visual effects and a major re-edit will follow the Infinite Chain, plus a wide-screen transfer as well. Chapter 3: The Final Darkness is coming along on schedule. The rough cut is up to the hour mark, and the visual effects are truly beautiful. It should premiere in late June if all goes well. The entire trilogy will then be available in HD format and posted on the web. I want to thank everyone for their interest and support... long live us Star Trek fans and our productions! I'll give further updates as they happen. Long live and prosper!

Hello everyone! I Just finished the rough cut of the third chapter "Star Trek: The Final Darkness". We are now moving on to the visual effects, sound editing, etc. We are on schedule for a late June release. The storyboards are also completed to the first two chapters; "Infinite Chain" and "Incident at Beta 9", for the new visual effects, and will be worked on right after the current movie is completed. These upgrades will bring all three films into a uniform look which will enhance the viewing experience. Overall, the whole trilogy will enter the quality realm desired by all. Thanks to everyone! Can't wait to share it all with you! -George
