My ears are too small for earphones

The earphones that came with Hubby's ipod don't fit. The nice Bose ones he bought me don't fit. By "don't fit," I mean that they don't stay secure and direct the sound properly.

And that's with the smallest ear adjustments on them, where allowed.

Does anyone know of child-size earphones, or should I just get headphones? If headphones, what're good brands besides Bose--hopefully that won't be too expensive?

I have the same problem with earbuds, so I've given up on trying to wrestle with them. I did get a nice cheap pair of Phillips that hook around the ear. It's a nice adjustment and with a little fiddling, it totally stays nice and tight to the ear. The sound quality isn't bad either.
