Movies/Series Coming To Netflix Streaming

I checked this morning and they've added a ton of Bond movie, the British cop show Luther, and season/series 5 of MI-5/Spooks.

That's probably on a month delay then. There have only been 14 aired this season so far I think.

FOX inks deal to bring Glee, The Wonder Years, and Sons of Anarchy to Netflix

Interesting about "The Wonder Years" considering music licensing has held up its DVD release for years.

The Bond movies are HD as I hoped. However, I've only watched Thunderball so far, and it seems to be the same quality as the blu-ray, but I'm kind of curious about the ones not on Blu-ray already, how they'll look.

The original? I just looked an non of the ones I saw have the instant watch option available.

Search by season not volume. IE: Twilight Zone Season 1 Confused me too.

I typed in 'twilight' on my PS3, and Season 1 came up. It looks pretty incredible. I heard they did an amazing job restoring it for the recent blu-ray releases, and it shows here.

I'm not getting it either. I typed in "Twilight" and all I get is the Twilight Zone movie. All the volumes are greyed out.

Edit: Nevermind, I found them. That's odd though. "Twilight" should bring up anything with the word in it.

Whoa... didn't realize these were going to be in HD. awesome. Sadly, it's not the same for Cheers as far as I can tell, even though they've been showing HD eps on HDnet

Still looks good, though. Watching Cheers with 4 dots on Roku looks as good as a DVD on my HDTV, particularly Seasons 3 onward. Works for me!

Yeah, I'm only getting the odd numbered seasons so far. It did say "Selected episodes". Season 4 was the weird one hour format. Not sure why 2 isn't up.

Yep. I really hope it's not an April Fools day joke.

Apparently not:

Glee’s availability is part of an announcement we made today with Twentieth Century Fox, which gives Netflix members in the U.S. access to the first season of the pop culture juggernaut “Glee,” and the first two seasons of the cult favorite “Sons of Anarchy.” We’ll also be adding great shows like “Ally McBeal” and “The Wonder Years” to be instantly watched from Netflix at this time. This deal kicks off a multi-year partnership that will have additional seasons added every year. The addition of these shows is an expansion of our deal with Fox that also includes “Prison Break,” “Arrested Development,” X-Files,” “24,” “Buffy The Vampire Slayer,” among others.
