If you could pick one or a two parter episode of DS9 to be a movie which one would you pick?
Tacking Into The Wind
This is actually one of my favourite DS9 episodes, I love the in fighting between Worf and Gowron and the unwilling leader in Martok and his sense of duty and that whole conflict.
The thing that would make it an effective movie, is to show how dire the war is going as Gowron continues to push his idiotic war plans, forget the other story line with Kira and the Cardassian resistance and just focus on how badly the war is going and what Worf must do to get the Klingons back to reality by getting rid of Gowron.
In the Pale Moonlight
I put it on the list, mostly because I think its one of the best episodes of ST, but the mood would have to be changed completely, it would need to be a little darker, a little more serious. Basically it would need to be a sci fi thriller, and there'd be little action.
Call to Arms +Favor the Bold + Sacrifice Of Angels
Get rid of all the story between call to Arms and Favor the bold and just go balls in on this action flick.
Homefront + Paradise Lost
Change the mood and ramp up the threat and how far these starfleet officers were willing to go.
Way of the Warrior I and II
Goes without saying I think.
