Tie between Patrick Stewart, William Shatner, James Doohan, Walter Koenig, Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker (if you count Kenny Baker as an actor for sitting in that tin can ;) ), with 5 movies each.

For Shatner, Doohan and Koenig it's Treks 1, 2, 4, 6, and GEN. For Patrick Stewart it's Generations, First Contact, Nemesis, and the first two X-Men movies. And for Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker it's Star Wars eps 2-6.

Though Shatner would be the winner if I counted Splaat Attack! and Mind Meld: Secrets Beyond the Voyage of a Lifetime. ;)

Let's not forget Steven Seagal. He's in a hell of a lot of movies, and I don't even have an up-to-date collection.

I'm actually going to change my vote from Will Smith to Matt Damon, as I have all three Bournes and all three Ocean's

Harrison Ford

Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi
Apocalypse Now
Blade Runner
The Fugitive
Clear and Present Danger
Patriot Games
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Temple of Doom
Last Crusade
American Graffiti

Amanda Tapping. I have all of the SG-1 boxes and all of the Atlantis boxes as well as Ark of Truth so I guess she wins by default.

^Actually, unless you somehow have season four of Atlantis all ready, then Christopher Judge would be the most recurring actor since he was in every episode of SG1 except "Prometheus Unbound".

To clarify ... in my collection, if you go by number of disks they appear on, it is still Ford, since television puts multiple episodes on a disk. If you go by separate television episodes, then, counting TOS and the Trek movies, it is either Shatner or Nimoy.

I made a quick survey of my modest collection (consisting of only a few dozen DVDs) and I found 5 with Diane Lane, 4 with Bruce Willis, 3 with Angelina Jolie and 3 with Jennifer Connelly.

Lots of names appear twice, including John Cusack, Kate Bosworth, Neve Campbell, Jennifer Garner, Rachael Leigh Cook and Bridget Fonda.

George Clooney and Nicole Kidman are represented by just one title: 1997's The Peacemaker. I enjoyed seeing them work together in this one, and the DVD was cheap.

Samuel L. Jackson? Only one of his (The Long Kiss Goodnight).

Tom Hanks? None yet, but I'm sure I'll get around to buying a copy of Apollo 13.

Right of the top of my head I can easily say Sean Bean! I got the complete Sharpe for my birthday. Otherwise it's John Wayne.
