Data has to be disqualified, even though he was possessed/taken over some 6 times or so...maybe more...seemed like every week. And thus, so does The Doctor (not Who, the hologram).

I'd guess Troi. She was psycho/mental attack magnet.

Physical, seemed like Worf got his assed kicked by everyother guest star, regardless of said guest star's age or gender.
