Most emotional scene in SG1?

One of the best parts of the SG1 was how it could blend comedy, action and emotion. So, what was the most touching/emotional scene during the 10 seasons of SG1?

Daniel's first death, especially Carter's tearful, "I don't know why we wait to tell people how we really feel..."

I've got to agree the biggest tearjerker, it's Lifeboat. Daniel's deaths always had an air of unfinality that mitigated them just a tad.

But there are other emotions besides tears. The scene in Enemy Mine where the US soldiers kneel; the scene in Icon where the command realizes that general war is starting; the destruction of the Prometheus in Ethon, I think are all very powerful, albeit the emotions evoked are rather complex.

And on a lighter note, the scene in Prometheus Unbound where Daniel squeezes Vala's head on the monitor was pretty special.:)

^^
Agreed. For a series that (wisely) learned to avoid taking itself too seriously, "Heroes, Part II" stands out as an emotional moment that is effective and heart-breaking.

Daniel's death/ascension is in my top 5. Pharrin's goodbye in Lifeboat. The death of Carter's dad in "Threads". All great scenes. The ep "Grace" has a lot of touching scenes.

I also really like the scene between Tealc and his son in "Redemption". Very moving!

I'd expand on that to say everything from Teal'c learning his wife was dead and the funeral itself. Though I'm not an emotional guy, that was some pretty good stuff there.
