Using Stargate call-forwarding on two gates to make them continuously dial each other. Accomplishes nothing, but ties up gate travel to two worlds at once.
Of course, if someone was in-transit at the time, he'd be stuck in permanent "Scotty" stasis. Hmm, maybe that would be a good way to get rid of Anubis.

Using the time-loop device on P4X-639 to go crazy with no consequences. Punch out the boss, bang the boss's wife, etc.
Better yet: Using the time-loop device for personal leverage. Take a day off from work. Memorize the answers to a critical test. Figure out how to defeat the security at a local bank.

I was actually going to say using a ring transporter for that purpose. Though I suppose that isn't such a good idea. The waste would return after the next time the rings were used.
Killing someone you don't like over and over and reviving them in a Goa'uld sarcophagus every time. I think that is certainly egregious. 
Reprogram all the replicators to take apart their fellow replicators to build more replicators. Unending hilarity will ensue.
