More TOS engine room pics

Hi guys

About 19 months ago now I started to teach myself some basic modelling for the first time in 3ds Max and I built the bridge of the TOS Enterprise, then I went on to build the Engine room with help from Will Smith who kindly supplied me with the plans. After a bit of a break, in witch I was following modelling courses by Arrimus, great teacher and I learned a lot, so I thought I would re visit the bridge so I thought I would post some before and after shots with you all so you can see the differences a is the first attempt an b is the second for each image. I still have a lot of work to do I could do with info on the ops panels really, I'm hopeless at research , and having never animated anything I would love some help in animating the Targeting Scanner on the helm.

Sorry, clicked the wrong way!

I can see the new Bridge pics, right down to the groove-y switches :biggrin:

@Ian Simpson, great job! :)

Regarding your image links: I corrected them in your earlier posts and the images should now show up for everybody. For future reference, here's the correct code you have to copy into your post in order for your images to show up in-thread:

Hi guys thanks for your comments.

I have nearly completed the bridge I will work on the turbo lift after Christmas and then the main deck leading to Engineering and transporter room etc.

I would like to say a special thanks to Will Smith (Star Trek Continues) for his research on the Original series.

Ah, that's actually where you're going wrong about this. You don't have to use the “add image” button at all, because Flickr already provides the whole code needed for a bulletin board like the Trek BBS. As I said a few posts before, simply copy the code from Flickr as shown in my GIF and paste it directly into your post. No further action should be required. Hope this'll work. And if it doesn't, don't worry, I'm happy to help and try to correct the links in your posts. :)
