Ruminations:
This looks like a fun episode, and we get to see it focus on Twilight and the CMC interacting, which should be totes adorbs (I feel dirty now). I love the CMC, and find their antics to be adorable, and a nice welcome diversion to the slightly heavier story lines that we've been seeing this season. It's also going to give us more insight into Twilight's perceptions of popularity, and how she deals with it. This may also be a friendship rainbow episode, so I'm curious to see that play out as well.

1 year, a movie and 15 episodes later..."oh hey, you're royalty!".

I still detest Diamond Tiara.

Pipsqueak has really changed. Well, he's grown up a fair bit, but he really likes sucking up to the princesses.

Overall fun, but a high "B" or low "A" for me. The main thing I like (aside from Spike oce again showing that he knows he's just around to be shit on lol) is Twilight is maturing as a character.

I loved it! Between Twilight eating like a nerd (I heartgasmed), her expressions, the CMC being extra adorable (Scoota*squee*!), and them finally getting the upper hoof on Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, at least for a while, this was a fun episode, with a really good message for kids. Being popular isn't worth losing your friends.

It gets an "A" from me!

The whole Hayburger scene was one of the best bits of the episode, they haven't had Twilight geek out properly in ages.

The only thing that stopped it from being a pure "A" for me was the stuff with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.

Those ponies were pretty creepy demanding "Twilight time". Not too bad of an EP.
