I'm still thinking these are all isolated storylines. The Hearthwarming episode was already spelled out in the Teacher for a Day game but the episode itself was a standalone.
That was a great episode deserving of an A, but I just didn't enjoy it very much. The show doesn't seem as fresh as it was during the first season, but it's probably just me. I think I need a good long break from the show in order to enjoy it again.
