I have been a bleacher bum a few times in Chi-town and once in Old Yankee. So yes guilty of buying over-priced crap a time or three, now you have to do it on-line.
It does not excuse the obvious stupidity of today's clubs that are being just plain moronic in any shape or form.
No excuse at all. But a few people here and there saying they'll boycott watching the games isn't exactly the biggest loss teams are taking this year. Ticket sales, $10-a-beer sales and lots of other revenue is also not there. They don't want to lose ad revenue from not airing games as well.
They have the playoff stuff all set AFAIK.


Considering how they have been high-fivin', chest bumping and hugging not to mention almost zero social distancing in the dugout it was bound to happen sooner or later. Possible double-header on Monday but I won't put any $ on it.
