I was watching that game live. They definitely played the bottom of the ninth - with the home team having the lead.

No, I wasn't. I know what I saw.

In fact, I'm re-watching that game right now and they are clearly playing in the bottom of the ninth.

Then I guess it was an unofficial half inning in an unofficial game because the box score in the MLB app says the same thing as Ar-Pharazon's screen caps. I also read the news wrap on the game and there was nothing there about them playing an unnecessary bottom of the ninth.
