Do you post just to read your own posts and bask in them?

Would you go into deeper detail as to what you find to be my proclivities, you are the ass-umed master of such it seems to me.

Edit: You are welcome to take this to a pm at your pleasure, if you have the nads for it.

oh btw, I have challenged you to a pm before.

I'm surprised anyone wants to send the guys back out on the road, it has to be way cheaper to skip that and we all know MLB just wants to be cheap.

For a third time you avoid answering the question (if you've forgotten, it's "what does some random old-time anecdote have to do with the question of when teams will send their commentary teams back on the road"), dancing around it like some sort of odd performance art, and instead challenge me to a private message duel because I have apparently questioned your honor or somesuch, which seems to be the online equivalent of you challenging me to a squirt gun fight when you have no water in your squirt gun.

Jake Arrieta is ever increasing amounts of ASS. 10 pitches, 4-0 Phillies.

Grandpa Rossy needs to sack the fuck up and stash Arrieta in the bullpen. Bad enough that he's a Trumpist chud who refuses to get vaccinated, but he's utterly washed up and Ross refuses to even risk offending his former teammate. This is precisely what I was afraid of when the Cubs held their joke of a managerial search after telling Maddon to fuck off (justifiably so) when even a blind man could see that the job had already been promised to Ross, which is why a ton of candidates refused to interview.

Scrubs like Arrieta and Williams are only on one-year deals, anyway. The season's lost, call up guys like Thompson, Steele, Stewart, Abbot, etc., and see what they've got. This is the perfect time to let the guys in the minors get some innings without having to worry about results.

Those 4 have been up more or less, but only in the pen. And Steele has been/is on the DL already. Some of the callups on offense have been doing good things.

Yeah, take a team that had already stopped listening to Maddon's schtick and give them a weak yes-man-ager and things were bound to get worse. You know I wanted Girardi.

The way Tatis kicks his legs while stretching out his arm makes it look like he jumped a second time while already in mid-air.

Meanwhile, Tony LaRussa is upset, claiming that double jumping is against the unwritten rules of baseball.

Trevor Bauer's administrative leave has been extended by another seven days.

In other news, it was announced that humidor storage will not be utilized for the balls used in the Home Run Derby. I'm ready to see some 900-foot dingers.

I see that pretty much every ballpark is now open to 100% capacity. Anybody know if any of them still require proof of vaccination to attend games?

Reason I ask is, I'll be going to Chicago in a couple of weeks and so I was just wondering if either Wrigley or U.S. Guaranteed New Comiskey Cellular Rate Field would require a card (would prefer not to have to drag my card out of the safe deposit box unless absolutely necessary  ).
