I can't imagine how obnoxious it is to deal with that. Ugh.
In other vomit-inducing news, Joe Buck will be guest hosting Jeopardy! this summer.
Oh, for fuck's sake... are they trying to make me stop watching?
Joe knows fuck all about sports, yet FOX keeps forcing him on us year round. Maybe they want to cancel Jeopardy but don't want to just pull the plug, so they put Aaron Rodgers and Joe Buck on to drive the ratings into the ground.
I'm curious to see how the ratings are doing these days; I know they'd started to slip below Alex's usual ratings (not counting his much-hyped final episodes) during Katie Couric's run, and Dr. Oz only pushed them lower.

They're in tribute to the Boston Marathon, which is traditionally run on Patriot's Day (April 19th), but has been postponed due to COVID concerns (after having been canceled last year for the same reason); that's why they're wearing them this weekend.What the hell is it with those Red Sox uniforms?

Here's an article from the local CBS station explaining the significance and symbolism of the uniforms. I think they're ugly as sin, but I can appreciate the local pride behind it, especially as the Marathon has taken on new meaning after the bombing in 2013.
Apparently several teams are doing City Connect unis, but no pics of anything but the Boston ones.
I'm guessing that's because the Boston unis were used so early in the season. I'm sure we'll be finding out about others soon.
