Honestly, the most impressive part of that .gif is that Mookie kept his foot on the bag.

It means if necessary, we’ll smack a guy in the downstairs stuff to make a play.

The Red Sox look like the Indians in Major League during this play that resulted in an infield triple.

I've watched this clip a half-dozen times and I still can't quite comprehend what was going on. Once again, fuck Manfred for his hatred of shifts, because that's what gives us clownball moments like this.

It's the Red Sox-- who cashed in/out-- and they are a cold bucket of shit now, kinda like the cubbies.

Red Schlox are 22-14 at the moment. Not so much like the Cubs.

It's OK. After last year it would be easy to assume they were as bad, but so far a decent turnaround.

My Cubs are pretty much the same, pissing around at the .500 mark.

ESPN reports that the Oakland A's are looking into the possibility of relocation and have MLB's support. This might give a kick in the pants to all the new stadium proposals that never went anywhere. Their dream is a waterfront stadium in downtown Oakland at the Howard Terminal site.

Their lease at their current ballpark runs through 2024. The A's are the last pro team left in Oakland with the Raiders moving to Las Vegas and the Warriors moving to San Francisco.

    From the last paragraph:
I'm curious where folks think it's most likely the A's will move to, assuming Oakland lets them go.
